Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it securely to your original packaging.

  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; ensure all items are safely packed to prevent damage during transit to our farm.

  Receive Your Refund

  After our team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
